We're excited to invite nonprofits, schools, and community organizations across Southern Arizona to submit your volunteer projects for United Way of Tucson's 27th Annual Days of Caring--the largest volunteer event in the state.
IMPORTANT DATES:
PROJECT SUBMISSIONS (For Local nonprofits, schools, and community groups)
Opens: May 18
Early Bird Deadline ($250 stipend eligibility): June 5
Final Deadline: August 14
ELIGIBLE PROJECT DATES
October 16 - November 8
Even though the main event days are 10/16 and 10/17, we understand that might not work for everyone. Any project dates in this window will be eligible to fall under Days of Caring!

🔹 What are project submissions?
Submit volunteer project ideas like painting, landscaping, food sorting, donation drives, or reading to shelter pets!
🔹 Who can submit a project?
Registered nonprofits, public agencies, schools, and community-focused groups in Southern Arizona.
🔹 How does it work?
- Submit projects online starting May 18.
- Volunteers sign up for projects occurring on October 16 & 17.
- Submit by June 5 for a chance at a $250 early bird stipend (regular stipends: $100)!
